3/2.5 - 2300 sq. ft. home in Tuscawilla Country Club. I just completely renovated the house, you will not be moving in to a POS. The kitchen/dining area has travertine floors, cherry cabinets, granite counter tops and stainless appliances. The living room has Brazilian Koa Hardwood and a brand new 50” DLP widescreen. Adjacent to the living room is a wet bar with Bud Light on tap and a dual zone wine fridge. I have 2 bedrooms available. Both have brand new plush Frieze carpeting and fairly large 3X10 “California” style closets. The front bedroom has a large window that looks out to the front yard and is 12X14. The rear bedroom has French doors that open up to the back yard and is 12 X 14. The shower in the hall bath will be shared, but there is a third bathroom so the “get ready” space will not have to be shared. In the master bath there is a 6 foot Jacuzzi tub and a vertical spa shower. There’s also a tanning bed in the garage.
The house sits on 1.3 acres that backs up to the Oviedo Mall property. The back yard is completely private and has a Tiki bar. I had to remove the old pool because it popped out of the ground. As soon as the soil has had time to settle I’m going to put in a patio, pergola and hot tub.
Me, I graduated from UCF in 2004 and work as a capital markets analyst for Marriott’s time share business. I’m out of the house by 8 and I usually get home around 6:30. During the week bedtime for me is 12-1 and on the weekends there isn’t one. I graduated from college but I didn’t die. I still party, hell now I can actually afford too. Occasionally I’ll have a bonfire and a bunch of friends over. People coming over to grill out and have a few beers is common place. An actual house party might happen once every 3 months or so.
I want females because dudes are slobs. I spent an assload of money on this place to make it really nice and I intend to keep it that way. If your a slob, don't even bother.
I do have a German Shepherd. He’s a big teddy bear unless I tell him not to be. He is very well trained, he stays in the yard and definitely adds a sense of security.
