I have a house that has three rooms for rent.I am renting out the master room and then will give the occupant the option of finding 2 other roommates or I can find roommates for you.This house is 3bd/2ba located in the heart of Oviedo.UCF is 3 minutes away and SCC is about 5 minutes.It is located on King St. which is the the same street as Oviedo high school and the Oviedo 1st Methodist.The master room is 13x10,has a walk-in closet and private bathroom.This property is located on an acre of land and includes a 10X13 storage shed.The rent is $525 plus 1/3 utilities.We will only charge 1/3 utilities even if the other rooms are not filled.Split 3 ways,utilities usually run $100.So with utilites your rent will be $625.There are also two other ooms for rent.2nd room is (10x13) and is $475.The 3rd room is 10x9 and is $425.These rooms will share a bathroom.Please call Danielle at 863-258-7010 or Tim at 407-468-1745.
